Nicole is our Intake Coordinator and Administrative Assistant, bringing over 7 years of experience

supporting clients in sensitive and high-paced environments, including tax law, finance, and mental

health. Her background makes her approachable, compassionate, and dedicated to ensuring each

person feels heard and supported- whether that’s answering questions or helping you connect with

the right therapist. Outside of work, Nicole is a proud military spouse and new mom to a sweet little

boy. She has also recently begun her own therapy journey, giving her a deep appreciation for the

courage it takes to seek support and allowing her to listen with empathy and understanding as she

helps match you with the best fit at our practice.
